Young Financials was established by Orchard Finance. The community was founded to bring together young people in Finance and Treasury to expand their network and to stimulate their development within this sector.
From 2025 onwards, Young Financials will be a joint initiative between Orchard Finance and Montis-Q. Montis-Q is a leading consultancy firm specializing in strategic solutions and process optimization within Finance and Accounting.
Through this collaboration, we are combining our strengths to expand the Young Financials network and to better support you as young financial professional in your career development, leveraging our joint knowledge and experience in Finance.
We are a community of young professionals where work experiences, business cases, and practical knowledge are shared during various activities. Additionally, we organize an annual company visit and a masterclass, each time with a different challenging topic.

To become a member of Young Financials, we ask for an annual contribution of €75 excl. VAT.
