What is Young Financials community?

Young Financials was established by Orchard Finance. The community was founded to bring together newcomers in a Finance or Treasury role. Why has this been a success factor for years? It is interesting and super fun to share experiences as a Young Financial!

It is a community of young professionals where work experiences, business cases, and practical knowledge are shared during various activities. Additionally, we organize an annual company visit and a masterclass, each time with a different challenging topic.

What does the Young Financials community offer?
  • The opportunity to network informally with employees from peer companies during fun networking drinks in the spring and autumn.
  • Free participation in one masterclass per calendar year, offered by one of the experts from Orchard Finance (worth € 250 excl. VAT).
  • An annual event during the summer months at an interesting corporate location to get to know the treasury organization and the company.

Young Financials Orchard Finance
Do you identify yourself as a Young Financial? 
  • You currently work in a corporate environment;
  • You have graduated from a University of Applied Sciences or University;
  • You work in a Finance or Treasury position. For example, as a Treasury/Financial Analyst, (Assistant/Junior) Treasurer, (Assistant/Junior) Cash Manager, or (Assistant/Junior) Controller;
  • You have 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience and are between 25 and 32 years old;
  • You want to build a network with other Young Financials from different companies.
Participation

Are you interested? An initial introduction is non-binding. You are very welcome to an introductory drink. After the drink, you can decide to become a member. If you want to become a member immediately, that is also possible. Register by sending a message via the contact form below. We will contact you as soon as possible!

To become a member of Young Financials, we ask for an annual contribution of €75 excl. VAT.
